Looking for dynamic individual who will be responsible for overseeing the Reception Area.
The ideal candidate will be customer oriented, have strong computer skills, good typing skills, excellent communications skills, attention to detail as well as being professional and well groomed.
TASKS & DUTIES:
>Operate switchboard (Answer calls, transfer to the appropriate destinations and taking messages);
>Greet persons entering the premises and show them to correct department;
>Schedule appointments;
>Assist with office administration;
>Order, manage and maintain all office consumables;
>Manage and maintain office filing system.
