CTC: R7000 per month
• Front line call centre/Helpdesk
• Email configuration and troubleshooting
• Maintaining ADSL account caps
• Basic internet connection and email troubleshooting with clients
• Basic server installations using Linux (Ubuntu)
• Collection from suppliers
• Liaising with suppliers such as Telkom for fault handling
This position also involves after hours standby support for a minimum of one week per month @ an additional R1500 per week
Requirements :
• Must have a passion to speak to people
• Must understand Afrikaans
• Drivers licence
• Grade 12
• A basic understanding of email, internet and networking
Existing IT related courses would be advantageous.
