Overview of the Position:
This is a full-time, permanent position that will require a willingness to work overtime where the job demands, including the occasional weekend day. Ideally suited to a professional candidate with experience as an Executive Assistant at board level, this role will also require self-discipline and strong motivation to get the job done no matter the obstacles. Experience within the property industry not vital but would be advantageous, as would experience in hospitality industry. Experience as a PA or EA (ideal).

Duties and Responsibilities:
The product/service (Software) is a subscription based product, which means the Company needs to deliver an exceptional level of service to ensure their clients keep subscribing to the service month on month. Through efforts such as success management, we therefore seek to, firstly, prevent the loss of a client or a reduction in the number of subscriptions they procure monthly and, secondly, try to increase the number of subscriptions requested by each client. This growth in subscriptions drives the company’s revenue and livelihood.
The Success Manager’s role is directly related to this function and their focus will be on the following:
Grow Existing Accounts:
o Determining the opportunity for subscription growth;
o Defining the annual targets for subscriptions;
o Developing a growth strategy and plan; and
o Achieving the identified annual growth target.
Reduce Churn (loss of a client or of subscriptions)
o Identify the potential for churn) and baseline it;
o Develop a churn strategy to maintain clients & subscriptions; and
o Implement the churn strategy and prevent the client from churning.
Marketing:
o Assisting the marketing team in obtaining client-specific marketing material; and
o Facilitating specific client focused sponsored events and campaigns.
Account Management:
o Analysing client usage
o Knowing the status and roadmap of the clients at all times;
o Provide leads to the sales team of opportunities related to clients (other consultancies involved at clients, new countries etc);
o Identifying potential risk factors that could result in churn and addressing these;
o Establishing a forecast for retention and satisfaction by making use of satisfaction surveys;
o Having regular, scheduled interactions with the client; and
o Providing regular internal feedback on the status, successes and progress of their clients, in order to aid the learning of other success consultants.

8. Managing CEO’s Private Vehicles
9. Managing Company-owned and CEO’s Privately-owned Aircraft,
permit applications, insurance, overseeing payment schedule
10. Quality Checks on Lease Agreements - Legal and/or property experience advantageous
11. Tenant Liaison on Behalf of CEO- Including handling high profile national retailers and ensuring all necessary documentation is received from tenants
12. Overseeing Bond Applications for New Developments, Including attending meetings on behalf of the CEO at corporate banking level.
